After Telehealth Visit / No Prescription Issued
If a telehealth consultation is completed but no prescription is provided, or if you choose to cancel after the consult, you will receive a refund minus a $100 service fee. -
After Prescription Dispatch
Once your medication has been shipped, no refunds can be issued due to federal pharmacy regulations regarding prescription drugs.

No Subscriptions to Cancel
TeleDoc operates on a one-time payment model. You are not charged recurring fees. However, if you need to cancel before your prescription is processed, please contact us immediately. -
No Medication Returns
Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of prescription medication. Please dispose of any unwanted or unused medication safely at a local pharmacy or medication disposal site.
