Refund Eligibility
- Post-Telehealth Cancellation or No Prescription: If a telehealth visit is completed but no medication is prescribed, or if you choose to cancel, TeleDoc will provide a refund of the total amount paid, minus a $100 service fee.
- Post-Dispatch: Refunds cannot be issued once prescription medication has been shipped.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties by contacting us via phone or email at careteam@teledocsolutions.com.
For refund requests within 30 days of your initial sign-up, or if you believe an error has been made, please contact our team at careteam@teledocsolutions.com.
TeleDoc offers a no-questions-asked 30-day refund policy for all new customers, as part of our satisfaction guarantee.
Due to the nature of our services, we are unable to accept physical returns of medications for reuse or resale. Please dispose of any unwanted or expired medications at your local pharmacy.
